Fake Crash Screen

Every fake crash app looks fake. This one does not.

Most prank crash apps show a single picture: a generic error on a black screen, naming an app nobody has. People spot it in about five seconds. Fake Crash Screen is built the other way round, from what a real Android crash actually looks like.

IT NAMES A REAL APP, WITH A REAL ICON
Pick any app genuinely installed on the phone. The dialog carries that app's own name and its own icon, drawn exactly the way Android draws it. No stand in names, no placeholder squares.

IT STANDS ON A REAL SCREEN
Import a screenshot of the app you are pretending crashed, and the dialog appears on top of it with the phone's real status bar still showing above. That is the detail nobody else gets right, and it is the reason this one holds up when somebody looks properly.

IT MATCHES THE PHONE'S ANDROID
The dialog is not one fixed design. It follows the look of the Android version the phone is actually running, so the corners, the spacing and the buttons are the ones the person holding it expects to see.

IT BEHAVES LIKE A REAL CRASH
It does not just sit there. It waits, it responds to a tap, and it goes away the way the real thing goes away. The timing is part of the joke.

Nothing here touches the app it names. Nothing crashes, nothing is deleted, nothing is broken, and nothing is changed on the phone in any way. The app cannot do those things and does not try to. It draws a picture of an error and then it stops. Every prank ends by saying what it was, so the joke finishes properly instead of leaving somebody genuinely worried about their phone.

This is an entertainment app. It is a joke, it looks like a joke once it is over, and it should be used on people who will find it funny.
